This third talk features Joe Mancini of The Working Centre who will share insights on the adaptive reuse of the 1927 Mitchell Button Factory at 97 Victoria St. N. The renewed space will offer 44 units of affordable housing, along with wraparound supports like medical care, counselling, and community meals. It’s a remarkable example of how preserving heritage can meet urgent housing needs.

Let’s reimagine what’s possible for our built heritage — don’t miss this inspiring event! 💬
